A: Six 16 oz bottles of juice.

Q: Is there an order I should drink the juice?

A: There is no specific order. Drink in the order that makes you happiest. Make sure to drink a glass of water in between each juice so you’re getting water as well. This will help with flushing away that which needs to detox from the body.

Q: Will I get hungry?

A: Most people do not get hungry and find that the juice is surprisingly satisfying. If you drink enough water in between juices, you should not feel hungry. If you do, you can always drink more juice.

Q: When can I pick it up?

A: 48 hours.

Q: Can I drink alcohol or caffeine while on the cleanse?

A: It’s recommended that you drink only water and juice during the cleanse.

Q: How will I feel?

A: Some people feel amazing and have the best sleep of their lives and tons of energy. Some people experience waves of highs and lows in energy and mood. Some people feel horrible because they are detoxing quite a bit. If you feel horrible, we recommend going to a colon hydrotherapist or giving yourself an enema to help detox. Regardless of how you feel during the cleanse, almost all people feel amazingly refreshed and rejuvenated after a cleanse with fewer cravings for sweets, more energy, better sleep, and happier moods.

Q: Anything else I should know?

A: We recommend you take it easy and take care of yourself during your cleanse. Generally, it's best to enter and exit your cleanse by eating light meals and lots of fruit and vegetables.

Q: How many days can I order at a time?

A: For a juice cleanse, you can order as many days as you like but we only give you 3 days at a time so that you constantly have fresh juice. For example, if you placed an order Sunday for 6 days, you could pick up your order Monday and then again on Thursday.
